TOP STORY Climate change is having a dramatic impact throughout Africa, causing adverse impacts on ecosystems and livelihoods. To address those challenges, scientists from Africa and China met in Kenya and approved the Nairobi Communiqué, an agreement to pursue a joint 10-year programme of research and collaboration.
